In May our club hit a milestone and celebrated it’s 10th Birthday. On May 5th our members gathered to celebrate this special event. A great time was had by all. We all enjoyed music by Oleta Riggs, delicious food and, best of all, the companionship of our fellow members. Alex Hazan, a candidate for Congress in District 5 was there to speak to us about his vision for the future. We also took the opportunity to recognize our founding members, Mary and Rick Chapman and Holly Ross. Please find an opportunity to re-visit this fun time by browsing through our Photo Gallery from the celebration. Just hit the button below.

This nonpartisan tour is designed to break down what happened during the legislative session, what new laws and policy changes mean for everyday Floridians, and how these decisions will impact our communities—particularly Black communities and other historically underrepresented voices.
